We're based on the Mornington Peninsula, and service the whole region from Mornington to Portsea, plus Bayside and South East Melbourne suburbs.
Unfortunately, we do not work with DIY consumer products or service security systems installed by alternate providers. We do however offer comprehensive solutions for retrofitting existing residences and can replace your current technology with a fully integrated smart system.
Absolutely. We can upgrade older analog systems to HD or IP-based cameras without needing a full reinstall in many cases.
Our systems include uninterruptible power supply (UPS) options that keep your CCTV running during short blackouts. Footage is also preserved on local storage once power resumes.
Some cameras can record audio, but laws around audio surveillance vary by state. We’ll advise on what’s compliant in your area to ensure privacy and legal integrity.
Typically, footage is stored for 7 to 30 days depending on your hard drive capacity, camera resolution, and number of cameras. Custom settings can be configured to meet your compliance or personal needs.
We offer both options. Most systems come with a local hard drive (1TB–4TB), and you can also opt for secure cloud backups for added peace of mind.
